Dan DeGon is a commercial real estate agent that specializes in raw land for development in the states of Washington, Idaho and Arizona. Dan currently owns Dande CRE, which operates out of Mesa, AZ, and serves the greater Phoenix Valley and all of its subsidiaries.

 

Dan cut his teeth in the development space over the last 10 years doing railroad industrial development. From North Dakota to Washington, he successfully completed negotiations with the Federal, State, County and local communities to develop railroad storage and potential rail transloading locations.   

 

He pivoted in 2020 and left that private family office he was working for to be closer to his family in Mesa, AZ.  His focus was to transition into traditional development opportunities and open DandeCRE. Due to Dan's background, being raised in a rural farm community, provided him the knowledge to connect with farmers who are looking for land representation or development dispositions throughout the greater Phoenix region.  These land classes include Commercial, Residential, Multi-family, and Industrial.

 

Dande CRE has relationships with various vendors, including engineers, architects and builders for all clients' needs.  Dande CRE provides full entitlement services and project management to its clients on a case by case basis  and can be a local representative on the ground for an investor in commercial real estate as well.

 

Dande CRE is a preferred partner of Denali International and in charge of the growth in the Southwest Division for raw land development from single family homes, apartments, to build-to-rent home communities.  In the past few years, Dande CRE has been involved in transactions worth up to 300 million dollars and is never afraid to tackle the new challenges that every project poses.
